Why do you need chatbots for training?
Once learners leave the classroom, how do you help them remember what they learned? How to make sure that are ready to apply it on the job? For example, one company decided it was time to try a new approach – one that took advantage of the ever-present smartphone. Kaiser Permanente developed Coach Grover, a text messaging-based chatbot. The purpose was to help managers stay accountable for implementing the coaching principles taught in their manager coaching program. In this exciting webinar, you’ll learn more about chatbots and how they can be used for training reinforcement.
Also, you’ll hear how Kaiser Permanente designed their chatbot to reinforce learning content with quizzes, reminders, infographics, and short videos. How the team gave their chatbot a personality? In short, you’ll get many examples of the types of messages learners received.
