Position Description:
Mobile Coach is a tech startup in Provo, UT with an enterprise, SaaS platform for the design and management of chatbots. Mobile Coach has a wide array of corporate clients including many Fortune 500 companies. Their clients leverage its technology in a variety of uses from reinforcing corporate training, to healthcare organizations designing chatbots to ensure patient compliance.
We’re looking for bright, persistent representatives that are excited to work in a tech startup environment and help us find new prospective customers. This role is perfect for anyone with or without a sales background who wants to break into tech sales.
Our platform is at the cutting edge of chatbot technology and we are poised for exponential growth. This position will allow you to be part of an amazing team of hard working, competitive, coachable, and fun co-workers.
What you would be doing:
⇒ Mining and analyzing old sales and marketing contacts from our CRM
⇒ Reading and understanding previous contact notes
⇒ Thoughtfully composing contextual emails to reach out and re-engage with old contacts
⇒ Following up with new web leads with phone calls and emails to qualify them and set appointments for a demo
⇒ Prospect, educate and qualify leads that become sales-ready opportunities
⇒ Keep abreast of the industry news and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
⇒ Successfully manage gatekeepers to reach decision makers
⇒ Other marketing/sales duties as needed
⇒ You will be expected to meet and exceed performance metrics
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
⇒ Articulate and poised in interactions with prospects and customers
⇒ Mature and professional writing ability – will be contacting executives at Fortune 500 companies
⇒ Good presence on the phone, able to articulate complex ideas, excellent listening and question asking ability
⇒ Take detailed notes
⇒ Exceptional organizational skills and ability to closely adhere to procedures and processes
⇒ Commitment and determination to exceed expectations and dominate in every facet of job
⇒ Diligence in calls and organization of leads
⇒ Desire to grow and progress in both current and future roles within the organization
⇒ Self motivated and independent worker
Other Qualifications:
⇒ Prior B2B sales or customer service experience preferred
⇒ Bachelor’s degree or higher
