Position Description:

We are hiring for a full-time (35-40 hours/week), live support agent to work with us at our Provo offices. Live Support agents help us improve our product by noticing where our chatbots breakdown in their communication with end users. They provide suggestions for improvement to both our product and each individual chatbot. Because they interact directly with end users, they are able to resolve any questions or issues that chatbots can’t directly address. They assist our writing team with testing new coaches and preparing reports for our clients.

Qualifications:

⇒ Excellent Customer Service
⇒ Detail oriented
⇒ Quick learner
⇒ Ability to manage their time to accomplish multiple tasks in a timely manner
⇒ Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and email with high integrity
⇒ Willing to learn new software
⇒ Willing to work in our Provo Office
