Please note that this is an optional program offered by Coach Pat, not by EA, to all Regular Full-Time US and Canadian employees, except for employees in Quebec. Should you decide to participate you must sign up via the link provided by Coach Pat and provide your telephone number.
Your telephone number will be secured pursuant to Coach Pat’s privacy policy and neither EA nor Club EA will receive any telephone numbers. Coach Pat will not disclose personal information provided by employees (whether age range, gender, location, etc.) to any third parties. Coach Pat will protect and safeguard all information you provide but you should be careful not to provide personal health information or other personal details as this information cannot be blocked by Coach Pat. Any use of your phone number will be prohibited for any purpose other than your participation in this program. Any information stored between Coach Pat and EA will be generic aggregated statistics and EA will make no attempt to identify EA employees. Club EA/Active will not receive any employee data (aggregated or otherwise) from Coach Pat.
Depending on your plan, texting rates may apply. You may incur long distance and/or roaming charges based on your plan. Be sure to check with your carrier. You are responsible for any expenses incurred from your participation in this program.
