Paul Bills
Background
Paul Bills is the Director of Chatbot Design at Mobile Coach and a frequent speaker on the intersection of chatbots and learning. Since the launch of Mobile Coach in 2013, Paul has built and managed hundreds of chatbots for some of the world’s largest (and smallest) companies. Collectively, these chatbots have reached hundreds of thousands of users and sent millions of messages. Paul has a BA in English from Brigham Young University and a Master’s of Entertainment Arts and Engineering from the University of Utah.
