    • Chatbots deliver immediacy. And in fact, people will VALUE immediacy over the idea of talking to a human. I often get asked, “are employees willing to talk with a robot?” The answer is yes if you deliver immediacy. 
  • Ease of Use
    • It’s not only fewer clicks, but it’s less load on the brain. 
  • Scalability
    • The final reason chatbots are valuable is not from the user’s perspective but for you – chatbots help you SCALE! Chatbots don’t sleep, they can handle thousands of conversations simultaneously, they provide consistent answers and prompts, they can gather data, etc.
