Chatbots are frequently a part of our everyday life. Despite this, most people are unaware of just how frequently they are interacting with one. Chatbots first appeared in the 1960’s, but have only become mainstream in the past five to eight years.
AI in the form of a chatbot is being used in business more and more frequently. These business chatbot interactions are typically between the bot and customers or between the bot and the businesses employees.
