Position Description:

Mobile Coach is seeking a Trade Show Coordinator responsible for the planning, management, execution and promotion of our trade show strategy. This extremely organized individual should have experience managing all aspects of trade show events from logistics through marketing and promotion to ensure our presence is successful. Strong communication, budgeting and problem-solving skills are necessary in managing our calendar of 15-20 shows and events annually. A college degree and at least a year of event experience is required, with a marketing or sales background preferred.

This role is a part-time position of 10-20 hours per week depending on deadlines and event timelines, and is based in our Provo, Utah offices.

What you would be doing:

⇒ Planning and organizing the trade show schedule
⇒ Coordinate logistics of trade shows and conferences
⇒ Research and plan travel arrangements including flights, accommodations and transportation
⇒ Register attendees and complete all necessary paperwork for trade shows
⇒ Coordinates with outside vendors for trade show services
⇒ Monthly budget tracking of all show expenses as well as forecasting for future months
⇒ Ship all materials needed for shows and coordinate show staff needs
⇒ Event promotion on blog and social media
⇒ Coordinate post-event debrief
⇒ Plan and manage logistics for client dinners
⇒ Efficiently and effectively keep all projects and deadlines organized
⇒ Research and find additional events and speaking opportunities to add to event calendar
⇒ Manage speaking proposals and engagements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

⇒ Minimum of 12 months of experience with trade show/event coordination
⇒ Developing professional expertise
⇒ Strong written, verbal, and time management skills
⇒ Ability to learn basics of Mobile Coach products and services
⇒ Excellent internet research skills
⇒ Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
⇒ Understanding of trade shows
⇒ Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple projects
⇒ Able to carefully manage timelines and meet key deadlines
⇒ Self motivated and independent worker
⇒ Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
